The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rafiganj PS case no. 204 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/ 34 of Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the mother-in-law and the case is of dowry death.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has nothing to do with the affairs of the deceased and moreover, no specific allegation has been attributed against her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.02.2018 and similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court by an order dated 11.05.2018 passed in Cr.Mis. no. 27684 of 2018.

No.21271 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj PS case no. 204 of 2017.
