JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the first information report in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.28 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegations made in the first information report do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to settle the dispute outside the court.
