====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners, as per F.I.R., is that these petitioners assaulted son and nephew of informant by lathi and danda and killed the buffalo of the informant. Doctor has found the injury caused by these petitioners to be

4. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 739 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
