2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2016 in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the prosecution story is falsified by the very fact that the petitioner had been apprehended the day prior to this occurrence by the Officer Incharge of Aurnagabad Muffasil P.S. as facilitated with the assistance of the Officer Incharge of Lesliganj P.S. After arrest of the petitioner, the police party left for Bihar the same day and as such, the question of petitioner's arrest at G.T. Road, as alleged in the FIR, stands belied.

4. In the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner (Rabindra Kumar alias Guddu) be released on bail on
