This application is for modification of the order dated 05.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33217 of 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that up-till-now petitioner has deposited Rs. 14,35,000/- and in compelling circumstances he could not deposit the remaining amount in the stipulated time. Petitioner undertakes to make payment of the remaining amount of Rs. 11,30,000/- within a period of one year. Considering the submissions and the statements made in the application, prayer for extension of time for paying the remaining amount is allowed. The petitioner is
