The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 346 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 34, 36, 41 and 56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
