JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be the main assailant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case 78 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Court No. IV-Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected.
