Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D), 420, 373, 374, 328 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 6 of Immoral Act, Section 4 of POCSO Act.
Taking into consideration that the victim has supported the story of gang rape in her examination in chief before the trial court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah West Champaran stands
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15352 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 rejected.
