This application is for grant of bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No.11 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 302, 384, 386, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been levelled against this petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and 10 other accused persons. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that there are two injuries on the scalp and some other parts of the body. The petitioner is in custody for about three months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16059 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges in this case or after three months before the court below itself, who will consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and will pass appropriate order considering the allegation against the petitioner as well as custody of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
