This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 448, 323, 452, 354D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and attempted to sexually assault to the daughter of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that the matter appears to be of love affairs as the first information report would reveal that re-conciliation proceeding at the village level failed between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
