FSL report called for has been received.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. case no. 47 of 2014, registered under Section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

As per allegation in the First Information Report, it is alleged that in the go-down, on the other side of the road belonged to some other person but was in possession of the petitioner, an explosion had taken place. The informant suspected explosion of explosive substance in the go-down. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the go-down was belonged to other person. It was not in possession

The laboratory report does not support the allegation that the explosive substance was kept which exploded inside the go-down. He has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. case no. 47 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be the own/close family member of the petitioner.

(ii) As soon as the charges are framed the petitioner shall appear in person before the trial court on the date(s) fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44507 of 2014 (5) dt.26-06-2015 3/3 shall have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner and secure his arrest in accordance with law.
