The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 160, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant being a police officer went to investigate the case and counter case filed by both side, the accused persons misbehaved with the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against all the accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20513 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.
