JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 307, 120(b) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and when accused Sanni Srivastava @ Vivek Kumar was caught, he disclosed the name of the petitioner. Moreover, it was co-accused Sanni Srivastava @ Vivek Kumar who is said to have shot fire on the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
