This application is for grant of bail in connection with Jadopur P.S.Case No.84 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was only a labourer, who was carrying out the Cartoons from the Boat and except that there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 02.12.2016.
It is further submitted that one co-accused has been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is a huge recovery and at the spot, the petitioner was arrested, I am
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10260 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months before the learned court below concerned itself, who will consider the period of custody of the petitioner and will pass appropriate order considering the fact that one co-accused has been granted bail by the court below concerned.
