Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the previous order dated 27.03.2018, the petitioner has already deposited Rs.3,00,000/- and it is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. However, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in equal installments of Rs.25,000/- per month and his wife, who is one of the accused, has also undertaken before the court below for depositing Rs.3,00,000/-.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8741 of 2018(5) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 previous order dated 27.03.2018 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner is directed to deposit periodically a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- per month in favour of the informant as per the undertaking with regard to remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and in case of failure, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.

The application stands disposed of.
