The petitioner has filed present application for quashing letter dated 04.05.2022 vide Memo No.1177 dated 04.05.2022 (Annexure-7) whereby the service of the petitioner was dispensed with/terminated on the ground that the Education Department vide its Memo No. 534 dated 23.11.2017 derecognized the certificates issued by Chhotanagpur Primary Teachers Training College, Ranchi prior to 1986-1988.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated persons who also passed from the said college and whose services were terminated on the same ground

Patna High Court CWJC No.10312 of 2022(4) dt.09-05-2023 2/3 approached this Court in CWJC No. 21397 of 2018 along with analogous case (Annexure-6) and this Court vide its order dated 21.02.2022 allowed the writ applications and set aside the order of termination with further direction that the writ petitioners would be entitled for reinstatement with continuity of service and would also be entitled for their salary for the entire period and other consequential benefits.

4. Learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioner is fully covered by the judgment passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court as annexed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also agrees that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner in CWJC No. 21397/2018.

6. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application is disposed exactly in terms of order dated 21.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 21397/2018. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 04.05.2022 vide Memo No.1177 (Annexure-7) is set aside with similar directions issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 21397/2018.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
