JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 145, 146, 147 and 153 of the Railway Act.

The accusation is of breaking the seal of SLR of train. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23636 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with RPF (Post) Narayanpur Anant P.S. Case No. 611 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Railway, Samastipur.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
