JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

During course of checking, so many persons were apprehended while filtering local wine from Nepal. So far petitioner is concerned, from the seizure list, it is evident that two litres countrymade wine along with 11 bottles each containing 300 ml. were seized. However, the relevant seizure list did not find place presence of petitioner. As per Para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.05.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Raju Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
