13-07-2016 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sharda Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Rosera P.S Case No. 01 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 384, 386, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the I.P.C. was added, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since petitioner was having criminal antecedent, he has been implicated in the present case showing recovery of two Batteries, whereas, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, recovered batteries were not got identified and he is in custody since 23-01-2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26843 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Chano Paswan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Rosera, Distt. - Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016.
