JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 353 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 511, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act.

It is alleged by the informant that this petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with his five years old daughter, Rinki Kumari and another girl aged four years, namely, Saloni Kumari.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated due to local village politics. He is in custody since 28.9.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 353 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
