JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Since the petitioner has been in custody since 25.07.2014 for offences under Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act in Chandan P.S. Case No.67 of 2014, pending in the court of Sri Birendra Kumar Chaubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka, the petitioner abovenamed is enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.67 of 2014. One surety will be given by the immediate blood relation, i.e., the father of the petitioner and the other by an elected representative or a government servant either of the two of the area to which the petitioner is a permanent resident. The petitioner will further report to the Katoriaya
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41587 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2 / 2 Police Station every fifteen days about his activities during the period in question till the trial of the case is over. The petitioner shall not indulge in any kind of criminal activities after his release and shall behave like a law abiding citizen.
