Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From possession of the petitioner and co-accused Brajesh Paswan, about 16 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No. 482 of 2019 arising out of Makhdumpur Police Station Case No. 176 of 2019,
