Patna High Court CWJC No.10316 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Patna has not passed any final order, hence, a direction be issued to the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid pending case, within a stipulated time frame. The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case, the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, upon remand, has not been disposed off, the same shall be disposed off positively, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed off.
