Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 47 (a) & (g) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Twenty six empty bottles of Indian made foreign liquor as well as two bottles of 180 ml. each of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 14.05.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
