The petitioner is accused in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016, registered under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 90 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor kept in a bag on the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 21.10.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6242 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Kikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S.
