2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the police party. He is in jail since 02.03.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bugga @ Bobby Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Rajoun Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
