JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of robbery is against the unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2017 and submission is that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid material, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15470 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/Successor Court, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
