The petitioner being the Revenue Karamchari is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 409, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that with regard to the land of the petitioner jamabandi was created in favour of Jageshwar Das.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Title Suit No. 64 of 2014 is pending between petitioner and Jageshwar Das. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20975 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
