ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case No. 355 of 2011 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is wholly misconceived as against the petitioner and no recovery was made from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that two accused persons who were taken into custody at the time of the raid have been granted regular bail in Cr.Misc.No. 7622 of 2012 vide order dated 13.3.2012.
