JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is mis-utilization of the fund allocated by the State Government by the Managing Committee of the college. In the matter of mis-utilization of fund, the petitioner may approach the appropriate authority of the State Government who may look into the grievance of the petitioner. The competent authority of the State is required to examine the mis-utilization of the fund allocated under (Veet Rahit Shiksha Niti) as the State cannot wash its hand taking the plea that fund has been allocated and after allocation of the fund it has no concern how the funds are utilized. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19256 of 2014(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 raising grievance of mis-utilization of fund, the competent authority is expected to verify whether the fund appropriately utilized or mis-utilized and in the event of mis-utilization of fund, appropriate corrective measures may be taken by the competent authority to prevent abuse and mis-utilization of fund allocated by the State Government.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
