This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 6.4.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura, in Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 43 of 2012.

Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reason for interference.

The application stands dismissed.

However, if the Petitioner wants to finally settle the dispute with his wife, he may file such an application before an appropriate Forum.
