The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)A, 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that 3 live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2019 having clean antecedent. He further submits that co-accused Sanjeet Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3.6.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 35551 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42012 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P.S.
