"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for fixation of pay from 1.3.10 and further for payment of arrears of salary, A.C.P. etc. and for grant of all consequential benefits." Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.5 i.e. The Sr. S.P., Bhagalpur. The Respondent No.5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
