The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 379, 323, 325, 341,354,427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.11.2021(Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 21683 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner has remained in custody for nine months since the said order of rejection Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42302 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 having remained in custody since 5.12.2020 and liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 17.11.2021, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case no. 209 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-IV, Samastipur.
