2. The accused-petitioner, named in the F.I.R., is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 29 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (in short, the 'B.N.S.').
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to obtain appointment as Junior Engineer, MNREGA, Block - Hayaghat in the year 2014, on the basis of fake/forged documents said to be issued by Jaipur National University, Jaipur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that after due verification the petitioner has already been terminated from the service and the amount, which was paid to him during his service period, has already been recovered. It is submitted that in view of this, by sending petitioner to jail would not serve any purpose to justice. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, while opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, submitted that after due verification the certificate, which was submitted by the petitioner at the time of obtaining government job, was found forged and fabricated on the basis of which petitioner completed his services for 14 years.
6. In view of the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of the nature of allegation, where the certificate, as submitted by the petitioner for obtaining government job as Junior Engineer, upon verification, found forged and fabricated, accordingly, prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected for the present.
7. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court and prays for regular bail, the learned trial court is
