The petitioner is in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.9.2017 and as such he has remained in jail for nearly eight months. Referring to the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench in the case of Badri Paswan and Anil Paswan in Cr. Misc. No. 18761 of 2018 and 22831 of 2018 vide order dated 26.4.2018 granting bail to them, he submits that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

No.23291 of 2018(3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017.

Bailors shall be the family members.
