2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada (Kadirganj OP) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with co-accused are alleged to have assaulted the son of informant by iron rod as a result of which his right hand got fractured.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured grievous in nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury,
