This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jadiya P.S. Case No.200 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 27 of the Arms Act and under section 9 of the Bihar Control of the Use and Play of the Loudspeaker Act, 1955. 3.

It appears that the deceased sustained firearm injury in celebratory firing. The petitioners are in custody since 19.02.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No.200 of 2021.
