Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Deceased died within two years of her marriage and there is allegation against the petitioner that he had demanded motorcycle in dowry.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and dead body of the deceased was cremated without giving any information to the informant as claimed by the informant in his written report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case no. 155/2015 stands rejected. However, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/ concerned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30129 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions within two weeks in accordance with law from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not been committed as yet and after commitment, the concerned sessions court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
