Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Asst. Sessions Judge-II, Jamui, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2017, arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 on the condition that bailors should be
