Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.197 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 379, 467, 468, 506, 504 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019 having clean antecedents. He is a businessman. He has been roped in this case falsely due to business dispute.
