2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 1262 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his family members tortured the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. The petitioner

When the petitioner filed divorce case against the complainant she falsely filed the complaint case against the petitioner and his family members. He further submits that complainant does not want to live with the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife if, she wants to lead happy conjugal life with the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Saran at Chapra in connection with C.R. Case No. 1262 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) shweta/- U T
