2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 8(c) and 21 (b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3 . As per F.I.R., on a secret information, that these petitioners who are the residents of Village - Bhagkohaliya, Ward No. 3 were involved in trading of smack. Upon such information, a raid was conducted in which total 20.70 grams of smack was recovered from polythene bags and after seeing police these petitioners fled away from the spot. Petitioners have got one criminal antecedent.
