Petitioner is accused in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 797 of 2016 registered under Section 386 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. There is no material against the petitioner in the case diary. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
