JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 149, 120(B), 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of U.A.P. Act.

Petitioner was neither caught on spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. His name was disclosed by those persons who were caught on spot. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
