The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.11.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Chandi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2013, whereby processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the present stage of the case, this application has become infructuous and accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions during trial.
