JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant had married his daughter, namely, Ankita Kumari, with Rupesh Singh in Marc, 2014. After marriage, she went to her Sasural but there her husband and other in-laws started demanding a motorcycle in dowry and due to non-fulfilment of the same, she was subjected to torture and cruelty in various ways. It is alleged that on 22.08.2014, the informant got information that his daughter has

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and the petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property and they have no concern with the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 331/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
