Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From possession of the petitioner, 46.500 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andhramath Police Station Case No. 63 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35731 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
