2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kochas P.S Case No. 351 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 329(4), 74, 352 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution story, petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and started abusing her and when family members came to rescue her, all the accused persons started assaulting them. Both the petitioners attacked with butt of the rifle and pistol upon Narendra Rai and Manish Rai due to which they got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between both the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and also allegation is general and omnibus, let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1-cumAddl. Munsif-1, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S Case No. 351 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.
