The petitioner in this writ application seeks a direction to the respondent District Education Establishment Committee for considering the case of mutual transfer with one Md. Wahudur Rehman.

As per the transfer rule of the primary school teacher, there is a provision for mutual transfer on certain fulfillment of the terms and conditions.

In that view of the matter, this Court would direct the competent authority, namely, the District Education Establishment Committee, Madhubani to consider the grievance of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6967 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 as with regard to mutual transfer and take a decision preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
